Mauro Colagreco, is the first Argentinean chef with 2 stars in the Michelin Guide.

Only six months after opening Mirazur restaurant in Menton in 2006, Mauro Colagreco was awarded “Newcomer of the Year” by Gault & Millau and received the prestigious Michelin Guide star within the same year.

In 2008, Mauro was awarded the “Best Chef of the Year” prize by Gault & Millau and he also received in 2010 four “Toques” in the new edition of Gault & Millau. More recently in 2012, Mirazur was elected the 24° best restaurant worldwide by the ‘World’s 50 Best restaurants’ selection (San Pellegrino), first restaurant ranked in Asia.

Olivier Chouvet is an entrepreneur who founded and co-founded several companies in Paris, Tokyo, Hong-Kong and Shanghai since 1997, looking over a team of 200 professionals in Asia.

Olivier Chouvet first experience started in 2000 in Asia when he co-founded Emotion event management company, which has become nowadays the most comprehensive agency for high-end events all over Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Seoul.

In 2005 Olivier Chouvet founded Naço Architectures China with Marcelo Joulia and created Glamour Sales Asia in 2009 the successful e-commerce platform. More recently he co-launched and…, SuperPress, and Superbla agencies all in different expertises, operating as one powerful integrated marketing and communication network in China.

Marcelo Joulia, is a French-Argentinean architect who created his own agency, Naço Architectures more than twenty years ago. Naço is a French Architecture Studio based in Paris, Shanghai and Buenos Aires, known for its creative & innovative design solutions. Today, Naço team gathers more than 40 designers including architects, interior, product and graphic designers.

Marcelo is also crazy about many passions: from architecture to design, music, parties,photography and of course, gastronomy!

After having opened the Argentinean specialties restaurant called Unico and its brother shop El Galpón in Paris, Marcelo launched last year Unik restaurant in Buenos Aires, a very special place for cooking lovers. This year Marcelo will open UNICO lounge in Shanghai and Clandestino, a new conceptual restaurant in Paris.

UNICO is Now Opened!

Unico, the 1st condensed latin place in Shanghai is opening to public on August 2nd. After more than one year of preparation…yes it was worth the wait!


Unico, “In-Living” of the Latin soul is a tapas lounge of nearly 1000sqm located at the prestigious heritage building of Three on the Bund in Shanghai. With the best cooking and stunning design Unico is providing an immersive trip into Latin spirit and culture with a French touch.
